Backstory:

Toshiro is a non-bender bounty hunter that doesn’t really live in one particular nation. He was born in the fire nation but he deserted so he wouldn’t be drafted as a soldier. He had no interest in the war and saw how the fire lord treated his own armies. Instead, Toshiro works as a bounty hunter (like June) and collects criminals for the earth kingdom. He doesn’t have a home, he just lives on the move, collecting bounty to pay for food and equipment. He’s a weapon’s specialist and is pretty strong. He doesn’t the war but he doesn’t really care to do anything about it either.
