Pride Month Challenge 🏳‍ :rainbow:

Greetings Avatar Amino, and happy pride to you all! This month is all about love and expressing yourself to the fullest extent!

Firstly I'd like to apologize for not having this post up sooner, I've been a bit busy in my personal life but will be making more time for the Amino going forward. As I'm sure you've noticed, we decided not to go through with the annual Olympics, breaking a four-year tradition, unfortunately, 🥲🥲 but the reason being is that activity is low, which I also blame myself for. I have a lot of ideas planned for the summer, one of them is opening up all team applications so stay tuned for more details.

SO LETS GET TO IT this year's pride month challenge is very simple, all you'll have to do is show your pride!! It can be in form of editing, art, storytelling, or as simple as just a blog.

For my talented editors out there, for this challenge you can put together a piece about your favourite ships or characters that you believe would fit appropriately in the LGBTQ+ community, with reasons why they would fit in there.

To all the talented artists out there, this is your moment to shine!! Let your creativity shine through, as we know a story can be told with only the stroke of a brush, you can show us your chosen character's who they truly are.

To the writers out there gifted in their pen game, for this challenge you can write about your chosen character falling in love, or their discovery of their sexuality, or you can write about how your character came to with their gender identity. You can choose to write a poem in the perspective of a character confessing their love, confusion, and anguish.

If those categories are not for you, you can make just a simple blog to share your story with us and if any of the characters in the Avatar universe helped you discover yourself, or if you relate to any of them. You can also make a simple post listing your favourite ships.

Now onto the prizes for this month, just by making a post to enter in the challenge with #PrideMonth2022, you are eligible for a free title which will be Love is Love, all you'll have to do is PM a leader and link your post to receive the title and specify what colour you'd like it in.
