Monster Mashup [AAOC I]

Hey all :) This is my entry from the first Olympics challenge!

I’ve never been one to draw animals so this was a step outside my comfort zone but I really enjoyed myself! I was hesitant to do this challenge because of the fact I hadn’t drawn animals seriously before, but I’m so happy that I did in the end!

My biggest issue was finding a way to combine all of the attributes onto one animal that could dig (to fit the requirements for the challenge). After a bit of thinking with the ole noggin, I decided to chose a raccoon! They’re scary enough late at night and they can dig pretty well so I figured, why not choose them!

Then, all I had to do was substitute the stripes in for some dots, add antlers and a shell, and voila! My monster was born! I hope you all like him because I certainly do, and good luck to everyone else competing! :)
