His name is Kalikk and hes from the southern water tribe
He travelled to the north to be a performer wether musical (instruments singing) acting, artistic (like ice scultures and stuff)
I wanted it to be he ended up becoming Eska and Desna's personal entertainer by accident and now hes just there
