Avatar Eeveelution Pairings

I got this idea a few days ago, and boy do I wish I could draw! I would have loved to have made a big group shot of everyone with their partners, but I had to settle for just making these edits, and since for whatever reason all the screen grabs from the series aren’t great quality, I had to use a lot of effects. Hopefully I’ve inspired an artist to draw just a piece, but until then, enjoy these pairings!

Aang naturally got Eevee. Think of it as the one from Let’s Go Eevee, since it can learn moves of all types. Makes sense for the Avatar, right?

Katara got Vaporeon. Again, another no-brainer. The waterbender gets the water type.

For Sokka, I landed on Glaceon. This is mainly because there’s no boomerang Eeveelution (though that’d be cool!), but also because he’s Water Tribe and comes from the South Pole, where there’s plenty of snow and ice!

Yes I know, plant bending is waterbending skill, not earth. This is more color scheme, Toph is another one where there’s a lack of type to choose. If I could draw I imagined the two of them playing in the mud together!

No muscles pulled here. Firebender gets the fire type. But wait, Mati, then which one did Azula get?

Not too hard to come up with this one either. Miss Lightning gets Jolteon!

Ty Lee and Sylveon have more in common than just being pink. They’re both graceful yet deadly!

Gloomy girl who sighs a lot. Naturally, Umbreon the dark type was meant for her!

Not gonna lie, Suki got Espeon by default. To be honest, the psychic type probably makes more sense for someone like Aunt Wu or the Guru, but I couldn’t leave Suki out of this post, and at least she gets the honor of getting my personal favorite Eeveelution!

I attached the images of the Avatar characters used, just to prove that they’re actual screen grabs and not anyone’s art, but the Eeveelutions look a more obvious and if I try to add them all I exceed the maximum amount of images per post. Hope that’s okay!
