We All Need A Break

hello everyone and welcome to my entry of the #powerofpositivity challenge. I know at first glance my edit doesn't look like something for positivity, but positively doesn't necessarily mean saying that everything's gonna be okay. it has several different meaning, like being nice to people or like the topic of my post, that we all need a break once in a while.

life can be tough, and really stressful. especially since 2020 started, its like the odds are pointing in a different direction for all of us. but thinking negatively and letting it affect out mood isn't a better way of coping, if anything, we should be doing the opposite.

instead of thinking of the worst possible outcome, we should be thinking of how to make ourselves and others happy. maybe being stuck at home isn't ideal, but showing small appreciation to the people in your life and wearing a smile can really turn your mood around. trust me on that one.

so maybe taking a day off isn't as bad as workaholics make it out to be. kick off your shoes, change into your favourite cat onesie, grab some popcorn and binge watch shitty movies, or read or do whatever it is that keeps your mind off bad thoughts.

just stay positive guys. I know it's easier said than done, but I believe in you and you should believe in yourself too. we're gonna be okay, no matter how bad things are right now. 🥺 :sparkling_heart:
