PROOF

I made the borders, text, and created the fade on Connie & Shadis using Ibispaint. I also erased the background and turned it into a transparent on Ibispaint. On PicsArt I used the filter 'Haze' to make the characters appear closer to the painted style that's in the original Uncle Sam poster. I also used the Ibispaint text to make the words for the approval stamp. The time taken on this was an hour.
