This is not for the Oscars contest coming up, as I'm almost finished with that one, but I've began to become very bored with my writing. And then I thought, what if? What if Eren got his dirty little paws on a Death Note? That would be interesting considering he's already committing mass genocide. So here it is, probably already done by other authors, but a brand-new approach to the concept. Death Note, another anime I'm watching, has protagonist named Light, and much like Eren, is caught up in a twisted sense of justice. The Death Note has the ability to kill the person whose name is written in the book. Light accidentally picks it up one day after school, and thus begins his insane journey of aberration.
Book Description: 10-year-old Eren Jaeger was gathering firewood with Mikasa Ackermann when he noticed a strange notebook lying in the distance. Its faded logo was labeled with the two, simple words: "Death Note". Curious, he picked it up to see the secrets contained... only to find a series of names listed in the notebook. When Wall Maria fell to the Titans, Eren swore revenge on any Titan that dare cross his path. Now in Wall Rose, Eren, ing the small book in his pocket, he angrily scribbles the name of the soldier who mocked and kicked him, only to witness his death 15 seconds later. The first words in the book haunts Eren's mind for a couple days afterwards..."The human whose name is written in this note shall die". Terrified, Eren is determined keep the book a secret, especially when a horrifying creature appears to explain additional rules. Eren cries, begging the monster to take it away from him. But the monster refuses, implying that the Death Note will mold the child's future. Three years later, a fully-fledged cadet in the Survey Corps he was forced to , Eren decides that maybe there is good in the notebook after all, as the people around him are evil and corrupt. Utilizing the magical notebook and his Titan form, Eren promises that he'll end humanity and avenge his mother in cold blood.
