Welcome to AD's February tutorial.

I am blue, and today i'm going

to help you make a color pallete

based theme .

So , there are two types of color pallette based editing . I'm going to show you guys both methods in a single theme .

Method 1

In this method , your theme is going to look something like this

That means we are going to follow the colors we have in the fanart or character art . Now you can choose the color based on your own guesses , like here the cutout has the color blue , beige , black etc . Or you can use a color picker and do it more accurately.

For this , i would suggest using ibis paint .

A. Select your cutout

B.add an extra layer

C.use the color picker/eyedropper tool to pick key colors

D. Mark the colours using brush on different

E.Your color pallete is ready . Use it when you need it and delete the extra layer when you are done.

Then we are going to find similar overlays , stickers and materials which match the color pallete and include the texts too . Add filters too if you want to do so . Just whatever you do , follow the key colours . And just like this , your colour pallete based theme is ready You can decorate the theme as you want . You can use the apps you feel comfortable to edit into .

If you need help with that you can check these two tutorials of AD .

That means , the whole theme is going to be based on only one key color of your choice .

For this method you can choose whatever cutouts and materials you want , no need to follow the color code . You can follow the cutout colours in this method too but that's not necessary . It's totally up to you .

Now when you are done making the theme , go to ibis paint .now -

A. Select an extra layer , keep the layer on top . It should be the top most layer among all layers you are going to use your selected colour on .

B. Choose a colour and paint that layer totally with that colour .

C. Change it's mode from normal to color

D . And done !

E. Now to apply the same color on your other part of edit (if you started with pfp , then bg . If you started with bg then pfp ) , copy the hex code and apply it in the color wheel and then again follow step A to C .

And now you have your pallate based theme !

Tips:

●if you can't find materials of similar color , you can use picsart's colorise tool (in filter section) , ibis paint's clipping tool or color tool to change the colors of your material .

That's it guys !
