Hello lovelies, first of all I just want to say that this blog will not be aesthetic whatsoever as this is sort of my ‘farewell’ letter to AA. As you can see by the title, and this long a$$ letter. I have decided to step down from all of my activities here on AA. I have done my job as curator/team leaders and as a community member and I’ve absolutely LOVED every single minute of it. I honestly thought i’d stay one more year, but a lot of stuff has been piling up personally and I really can’t find the energy and don’t have the energy to engage in amino activities anymore. And with some important exams coming up in November I’ve decided that it’s time to step down from amino activities as a whole as I found it unfair to the others to just stay around while they’re doing the work. I’ve talked about this to multiple people and it was honestly so hard to decide whether or not I should stay as I felt such an attachment to this community and its , but I decided to do what’s best for me and my mental health. After a little over two years of being curator on AA, i’ve made a lot of friends and got a lot of knowledge from people on here. This was such an amazing experience and the staff are all angels. So I’d definitely suggest applying for curator on AA! I’d like to thank News Team (News anchors & Tutorial team) for being such responsible and amazing ! I had SO much fun being your leader, and I hope you’ll continue to do great things on here. As for NA the connection w you guys was bigger because we worked on a blog every week (or atleast tried), i love you all so dearly and hope we’ll stay in touch! As for Tutorial Team, I didn’t rlly manage you guys, but from what I’ve seen you guys are doing a splendid job w the tutorials! And you’re helping the community a lot. To lovely TC’s it was such an honor to be your president for a while and I can’t wait to see more of you guys’ beautiful themes in the future! I hope you’ll be able to rely on Kaush now as she’ll be an amazing president! And lastly to the wonderful staff team of AA, thank you for accepting me, teaching me, listening to me, being patient with me and most importantly keeping up with me! Katy, Roza, Sheks Tiara, Su, I hope you guys will continue making AA grow into a safe and welcoming community for all Aroha’s. R.I.P to our staff wiki tho :(. And to all of my other friends who I occasionally talk to, thank you for accompanying me in my lonely times, you will be ed! That being said i’m taking my leave and you can still find me on ig @iamnotleighh! I’ll still come by on here once in a while to lurk tho :eyes: . I love you all!
