__**【Roleplay Rules】** __
**Table of Contents**
Role-play rules are important for keeping things organized in public groups. They cover issues like godmodding, metagaming, and autohitting. Good role-players know how to follow these rules. While mistakes can happen, ignoring them is generally not accepted.
List of Rules
**No Godmodding**
Don’t give your character unrealistic powers, like being invincible or mind-controlling others. Accept losses in fights and don’t ignore attacks from other players.
*Example of What Not to Do: "I can kill you with a touch." She touches him, and he falls apart.*
**No Overpowered Characters**
Avoid making characters too strong. Characters shouldn’t have abilities that make the game unfair for others, like being invincible or mastering every skill easily.
**No Metagaming**
Don’t use information from outside the game (OOC) to influence your character’s actions inside the rp (IC). This can frustrate other players.
*Example of What Not to Do: Jeremy the necromancer suddenly appears after getting a private message.*
**Don’t Mix IC and OOC**
Keep your character’s actions separate from your real-life feelings or knowledge. If one character insults another, don’t take it personally. There is an OOC room, always.
**No Autohitting**
Don’t assume your character's actions succeed without giving others a chance to respond. Always say your character “tries” to do something.
*Example of What Not to Do: Melissa throws a match on the bed and watches it burn.*
