Need help for webcomic!

Hello,AA. I need help for my webcomic. I need help on the characters.

The story is around police type of story but with some twist of course. There will be many characters and i don't even know my Protagonists color pallete. I need help on name,color pallete,personality,their parts(like their class. The story have eleven class. First class is the lower villain,and tenth class almost highest villain,and eleven is the most highest of them all) ,their weapons,tips and some help with the design.

I have a villain that i think her last name isn't fitting for her first name.

She will be the first villain (maybe). And she has many butlers and maids. They actually dolls that turned into humans. Her crime would be killing parents indirectly (by her trusted butler) and other (i can't decide what it would be). She is the rich kid type. She looks sweet at first but if you make her mad she can make her butler/maid kill you (this is what happens to her parents).

For Ms.KumaBerry (i actually want to change that but i dont know) she is a living doll that Laetitia didn't turn into human because she already likes her. Ms.KumaBerry can turn into her attack mode with changes,her claws will be visible and large,her expression changes,her

teeth will be shown (her upper teeth will be bigger than her lower teeth).

Well,this is for now. I will post another one with other characters (probably the main characters)
