𝐈𝐍 a world where art and madness intertwine, Serenity, a brilliant yet eccentric artist, is tasked with a prestigious offer from the king. What begins as a royal commission unravels into a haunting descent into insanity, as Serenity becomes obsessed with perfection, believing his blank canvas demands more than paint. As his delusions take root, chilling acts of violence bleed into his reality-leaving a trail of death in their wake.

This is the story of the blurred line between 'perfection' and 'obsession'.

Updates will be irregular, yours truly from Korin.

"Stay still for a bit more!" The young artist said, his hands skilfully applying the bright paint onto the canvas to depict an image of an author completing his book. This was shown by the majority of the pallet being bright blue with hints of sunflower yellow and sunset orange. "And...done! How is it, Amor?" Serenity asked, his eyes bright and hopeful as he held the canvas up for Amor to see.

"Serenity...it looks absolutely remarkable! You have really outdone yourself this time, you know that?" The young writer said, a grin etched onto his face as he ruffled Serenity's head, messing the thick layers of hair up. The artist laughed at his antics, shooing his hand away. They had always been close, best best friends in a way. "Oh! Have you heard, his highness the king is looking all over the kingdom to find an artist talented enough to paint his official portrait. Have you thought about g up for it?" Amor asked, keeping his hand firmly on Serenity's shoulder.

"Really? I do not really think my skills are good enough to be hung up on those royal walls..." The artist said sheepishly, a bit shy about his skills. Sure he had heard about the king searching for an artist through the gossip of the townspeople, but he had always been embarrassed when people had asked to look at his paintings. The only person he didn't feel so awkward around was Amor, and that was only one person! He had always felt less shy around him for no reason.

"Are you kidding? Your skills should be on display for everyone to see and ire! You cannot keep hiding those skills of yours, I will not allow it!" Amor said firmly, crossing his arms over his chest, with a stern expression on his face. To say the least, he was proud of his artist friend and how far he had come.

"Okay...I will have a think about it.." Serenity said nervously, scratching the back of his neck. Whenever Amor would go on about things like this, Serenity would find himself nervous or sheepish.
