This is Nancy, a vampire nurse who illegally sells prescriptions online, cheaper but not too cheap. (and poisons hidden in everyday items such as air freshener for people seeking revenge of some sort)
She's a morally grey character, I'm unsure what the trope is called but she does evil with good intents, she's like light yagami, she only kills if they did horrible things and overall a bad person or if they did something horrible to people she holds dear. (I know he ends up having a god complex). She helps the poor by giving them free prescriptions and having them see her secretly so she could do check ups without charging them.
She is Dulcie's sister and killer too.
