I'm very late this month lol

This time, I chose to draw 2 ocs who are best friends. None of them actually was born in April, but it's when they met

Astaroth (fire haired one) was ill with a terminal "disease" (it's more of a syndrome but you get the idea) and he needed a transplant. But they both share the same really rare blood group so after a while, when it was discovered for Akaza (black haired one), he was asked by doctors if he would agree to do the said transplant. He said yes, so the surgery was done. And that's how they met

I decided to draw them on Akaza's wedding because I thought it would be just very fun to have Astaroth being his groomsman, knowing Akaza actually was just a little soldier and Astaroth was the king when they were alive
