Since the beginning of life there has been strong creatures and weak ones. Just like humans the strongest controls the weakest but sometimes maybe sometimes the weak one becomes the one in control. All humanity has a recessive gene in this universe but the chaos just started in 2017 people started to be born with powers is was rare 1 in 1000 they were called Abnormals at first miracles then monsters, animals, aliens, not-human. Kill, hunt and sometimes train to become weapons. Abnormals hid between the normals(non-power humans) made life’s hiding themselves afraid of what could happen to them if the A.P.D(Abnormal Police Detainment) found what they are.
