How to be in OC/ Character outside of roleplay and in the community!
Do you ever want to interact in the community as your OC/ character with other OC’s/ characters without necessarily making an entire rp out of it?
If so, here is how.
-Step One-
Choose a main OC/Character to be
This will make you more easier to recognize in the community and avoid confusion when speaking as your OC
Ex:
Queeny’s main OC is... Queeny
-Step 2-
Separate your comments from your OC comments.
Say you’re commenting on a post. If you’re commenting as your OC, make sure the person you’re talking to knows that.
And example of how to do that would be using [This] or {This}.
Example:
Out of OC- “Haha I totally relate”
In OC- “[OcName] Haha I totally relate”
-Step 3-
Use things like #OurStatus and Arkhamagram to make your OC more known
This is helpful in the times that you forget to use brackets when commenting on a post. If the comment clearly sounds like your OC and not you, having a better known OC will help more people know the difference between you and your OC.
-Step 4-
Making posts in OC
So you want to make a post in OC but you don’t know how.
It’s simple, just introduce yourself as your OC at the beginning of the blog or in the title!
Ex:
Out of OC- “Hello Inmates, it’s (your name)!”
In OC- “Hello citizens of Gotham! It’s (OC name)!”
