There's engrams i need to learn but because i'm at Max Lv. 105 i can't is resetting stats & engrams worth it for single player?
Im thinking about trying to use Mindwioe tonic, I know it resets stats & engrams does it delete the stuff i built?

Recommended even. There are a lot of engrams that you learn early or mid game that you don't need later, or you might even have found a better quality blueprint. It will free up a lot of engram points to spend on new stuff. It also resets your stats, so you might want to screenshot your stats 1st.

In the form of blueprints yes. As long as you have the blueprint on you, you can craft whatever it is on there without needing to learn the engram for that item as long as you gathered the necessary materials

Also, blueprints found will often be much higher quality. Meaning higher dmg/armor and durabity. But it will also cost more resources. Cave loot boxes and deep sea loot crates will also contain high quality blueprints and items.
