Synopsis

After settling in Green Hills, Sonic is ready for more freedom, and Tom and Maddie agree to leave him home while they go on vacation. But, no sooner are they gone, when Dr. Robotnik comes back, this time with a new partner, Knuckles, in search for an emerald that has the power to both build and destroy civilizations. Sonic teams up with his own sidekick, Tails, and together they embark on a journey to find the emerald before it falls into the wrong hands.

Watched with Ryan

Watched this years back. They showed my favorite Sonic the Hedgehog character, Knuckles. They portrayed him as more of a meathead in comparison to the video games, anime, and manga. That kind of made me disappointed, but they made Tails even better. They didn’t make him an annoying Sonic fanboy anymore. I in the anime in the manga, Tails would always float around Sonic and in the video game, his cry when he loses a life is literally a desperate cry for Sonic. In this movie, however, they made him so smart and actually pretty cool. I liked seeing this version of him! Despite his anime and manga version being annoying, I thought it was still cute. The creepypasta made me not like him though lol. But this movie changed that for me!
