It depends on what you want to focus on.
Watching in the release order has quite a few benefits, but being aware of the chronological order can be helpful.

I mean it's apparent it's about curses and gods but honestly deep down I feel it's got more just that. I feel like it's more about the human emotions (the first season especially) and the different forms they can manifest in which has been portrayed as curses.

But a lot of people have watched it in the order that the post says
The one in the crunchyroll post is almost right
Hanamonogatari goes after 2 arcs of Second Season (9 episodes normally)
Koyomimonogatari goes before any of Owarimonogatari
This pic is the right one
There's another version with higher numbers for the episode counts of Second Season but that's because that one includes recaps that you probably won't find
