Highlights of DBS || Collab

What’s up beautiful souls! Angel here with my second collab for this month! What is up with me blogging this month? I swear, I don’t think I have ever done so many blogs in one month! Anyways, today’s collab is with the awesome blogger, Lance ! For this blog I’ll be talking about one of my favorite anime Dragon Ball Super! I will be discussing my some of my favorite moments throughout the anime. It seems that I focused more on funny moments and fights. Heh, that’s new. Anyways, let’s see what I came up with!

Vegeta defends Bulma

This is one of the more serious moments in my list. When Beerus woke up from his long cat nap, he crashed Bulma’s party looking for the legendary Super Saiyan God. Some stuff was said and Beerus ended up slapping Bulma. Now Vegeta who had already gotten knocked out by Beerus, got up fuming mad. He shouted, “That’s My Wife!” This was one of my favorite moments because it showed how much Vegeta cares about Bulma.These kind of moments are quite rare, so I always get excited when it does happen. I also liked it because it shows how Beerus wasn’t that bad even before he got to know all of them. Bulma slapped him, and he could have very well killed her within less than a second, but he didn’t.

Master Roshi vs. Calca

Omg when I saw this “fight”, I just burst out laughing. To be serious I kinda expected something like this to happen due to Master Roshi’s reputation. I think the best part of this scene was Calca’s reaction. She just saw a weak old pervert. She didn’t expect for him to grow strong or be that much of a pervert. OMG when she saw him extend his hands she grabbed her cloak and covered herself and then ran all the way out till she was back in the stands. And Beerus thought that it was all part of the plan. That was just perfect. XD

Goku vs. Hit

I’m referring to their battle during the tournament between Universe 6 and Universe 7. I really like this fight because of how Hit was able to improve his technique while  in battle! Not only that but we also got to see Goku’s Kaioken technique paired up Super Saiyan Blue. This battle was just filled lots of improvement on both sides and lots of screaming. Which bring me to my next point. When Hit was “powering” up he did a lot of screaming. It turned out that he was just really doing that because Goku did it. He was not powering up, he was simply thinking of how to improve his time skip technique. I thought that was a nice touch of humor in such a serious battle.

Goku goes Super Saiyan Blue

He turned Super Saiyan Blue while battling Frieza. I was kind of surprised that Goku didn’t scream as he powered up. I think  that my favorite part about this moment is the humor that Frieza adds while discussing this form. Goku was totally serious about his explanation of Super Saiyan Blue. “So a super saiyan who’s a super saiyan god, but yet is not a super saiyan god but is now the version of that”  I was so confused by Goku’s explanation. King Kai explained it better. And when Frieza said, “So what are you calling this precious level? Super Saiyan Blue Hair Dye?” I was laughing so hard. Only Frieza could do that.

Super Saiyan Blue Vegeta vs. Golden Frieza

Vegeta steps in after Frieza has someone shot Goku from behind. This is probably one of my top favorite Vegeta fights. Though to be honest it was not much of a fight. However, we did get to see Vegeta be all badass. Every shot that Frieza made, Vegeta was able to deflect it quite easily. Like when Frieza shot at him multiple times and when the smoke cleared away he looked so freaking badass! He also looked pretty amazing when he turned Super Saiyan Blue. “He was like yeah I can do it too.”

Beerus vs. Goku

The first fight that demonstrated how powerful Beerus really is. Even though Goku had the energy of all the other saiyans (Goku was Super Saiyan God), Beerus fought it like it was nothing. One of the things that I love about this fight is that it happened in multiple places. It was in the sky and then it went to some sort of underground cave and finally it went outer space. I think that was a nice touch. I really liked how in the end Beerus destroyed Earth, but not like every thought it would be.

Whis Tastes Ramen

HIS REACTION! That’s literally the best scene with Whis in it. He was freaking amazing! Like Ramen was supposedly this simple common street food kind of thing, yet Whis thought it was the best food he had ever tasted, and all you had to to do was add water. I also loved how he complained to Bulma because she hadn’t shown him this delicacy yet.

Goku vs. Monaka

Ah, the fight of the century! Man how is it that Goku didn’t notice that it was a suit?! Man and the part where Piccolo and Vegeta had to step in because he’s tail was about to come out.That was golden! Monaka was “controlling them.” XD Seriously though, I’m amazed that Goku could not tell that that was Beerus in the costume. I’m pretty sure he can sensed that the energy is similar to that of Lord Beerus.I would’ve loved to see the end result, but Whis had to stop the fight. Oh well.

Vegeta Cooks for Whis

I think this is probably the funniest scene that Vegeta is in. OMG the fact that Vegeta could not crack even one egg is freaking hilarious! He tried oh so hard though. When he finally served Whis the Ramen he was covered in eggs and other stuff. It looked as if he has just made this grand and elaborate dish.

Future Trunks’ Mistaken God

“Please spare my mother Mr. God sir! Your god sir is over there.” Beerus reaction though. He was so dumbfounded. I guess that has never happened to him. I just really loved how they were talking so seriously and then Beerus was making a hilarious face while point at himself.
