I have the right to decline a commission. I am under age so i MUST REFUSE 18+ commisions or lude character designs.You may retract your commission within 1 hour. The price will be final after that. You have 1 hour to pay if not you must ask for a hold,the hold will last for 2 days. If you fail to pay i will keep the custom character/and or drawing. You are allowed to change the character as much as you like,you must credit me for the original design. I am allowed to use your new character art for examples. If you break the T.O.S 3 times you will be PRIVATELY black listed.
