But this isn't a character? And they tried to this off as an original. It's almost identical. Like I said before in a reply, it's like if I drew a character by someone else and say it's mine. Is it fine because I drew it? I have used lots of characters for my frames but I always show what it's based on and make that known. It's more than inspiration. This is way beyond the lines of inspiration. They could have took the color palette, that's inspiration. They could have used just the flowers and drew similar, that's inspiration. This is a copy. It's more than just inspiration at this point and it's never stated like you said credit is due but that's the LEAST They should have done. This can be acted on and I hope it will. There are too many frames that have elements taken from other designers. This idea and theme was by a different artist there is nothing different about these two designs. All they did was translate it into their style. That's still plagiarism

personally idt ta will do much cause nothing here is taken that was trademarked/directly used or traced. like this happened in the past with that one anime event- one piece and 7 deadly sins was it? and the outcome was the same. id be super surprised if ta sees it and does smth about it cause in the end i rlly dont think ta takes frame designs that seriously. it still sucks that no credit was given, but id say ing the artist and asking for appropriate credit would give more of a satisfactory result than ing ta :skull: esp since the og artist is very much unknown to give any input and probably will never find amino and never care. the main issue i see here is that credit wasnt given, because this wasnt taken from another frame designer who can speak up, but randomly from online. people always always make art in their own style from smth theyve seen. it becomes an issue when they dont make it clear that its not theirs and make profit from it.) and even tho i dont rlly see amino frames being posted as much profit (cause its not an app i take seriously i wont lie :skull: ) they def should have credited and should still be made to credit 1000% . but imo its not nearly serious enough to get it taken down, the artist bashed/cancelled etc.. i just think they should be ed to give credit where credit is due.

basically its very very sus and deserved to get credited but i wont lose my head over it either if that makes sense
