Hey AA, Anakin here, and I'm excited to announce that we’re looking for helpers, translators, and verifiers to our team for our event! These positions are temporary and will only be for the duration of the event, but you will play a crucial role in helping make it a success.

Positions Overview

Event Helpers

Assist participants by answering questions and guiding them throughout the event. Helpers will be stationed in public chats and act as the first point of for participants.

Requirements

Must have experience with events and be able to communicate effectively with participants.

Title Given

Helpers will receive a "Helper" title with the corresponding flag for their language (e.g., Helper :es: for Spanish).

Translators

Help translate materials and assist non-English speakers to ensure that everyone can participate. Translators will make sure language barriers don’t prevent anyone from ing the fun.

Requirements

Must be fluent in English along with the language they are translating and have strong communication skills.

Title Given

Translators will receive the "Translator" title along with the corresponding flag for the language they can translate (e.g., Translator 🇵🇸 for Arabic).

Verifiers

Review and participant submissions to ensure they meet the event requirements. Verifiers play a critical role in maintaining fairness and accuracy during the event.

Requirements

Must have previous experience ing content or event-related submissions.

Title Given

Verifiers will receive the "Verifier" title with the corresponding flag for their language (e.g., Verifier :fr: for French).

What We Are Looking For

We are seeking dedicated who are enthusiastic, reliable, and have enough time to actively participate throughout the event. Helpers, translators, and verifiers are expected to be available during the event period to assist participants, translate materials, and submissions.

Helpers

Be active in public chats, answer questions, and guide participants. You’ll need to be responsive and check in regularly during the event to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Translators

Be available to translate event materials and provide language to participants. You should be fluent in the language you are translating and able to assist non-English speakers.

Verifiers

Review and submissions promptly to maintain fairness and accuracy. You’ll need to have experience with verification and ensure that all entries meet the event criteria.

We’re looking for individuals who can dedicate the necessary time to help make the event a success and be reliable throughout its duration. Make sure you have adequate time to contribute effectively to the role you are applying for.
