Unc Status Posting

Hey Guys. My name's JC. I've gone by many names on this Amino, including; Funky, Chicken, Raymond, etc.

If you look on my profile, you'll see that I originally ed this Amino 6 and a half years ago. That's literally 1/3 of my entire life that I've been *technically* apart of this community. I say technically, because for the past 3 or so years I've barely been online after repeatedly uninstalling the app lmao.

But after installing it a few days ago, I've been reminiscing on when this Amino was at its peak in popularity and engagement, and how I spent hours upon hours online talking and meeting new friends. This community had such a huge, and genuine, impact on my life, and -despite only a few people being online (none of which I know) and all of my friends being long gone- I just want to say thanks to everyone.

I wanted to write this post because I ed this Amino in the very beginning of my first year of middle school. And now, as of tomorrow, I'll have graduated highschool.

I also wanted to compare how me and my ocs have changed over the years.

These were my two main ocs, August and Daryl, on I post I made in 2021.

They're siblings, with August being a teenager, and Daryl being her older brother and primary guardian.

This is them now :)

My ocs and the stories around them have been very influential and important to me throughout my entire preteen to late teenaged years. It feels weird, yet really good, to know that the characters I made in a silly little gacha game when I was 12 are now being featured in entire novel chapters that I'm writing at 18.
