Guess who had a snow day today!!! If you don't know, I live in Tennessee where it hardly snows more than like an inch. So far as I'm posting this it's snowed over 10 inches and will still snow all night!! So exciting. If only it wasn't so hard to drive! Thank goodness we have a Jeep!

I had so much fun yesterday with my friend Kirsten. She loves close by so she walked to my house with her sleds and we walked to a really close bike path with a few nice hills to sled on. We did some sledding, we had a failed attempt at a snow fort, and then we went back to her house and made snow cream. It's so easy and yummy!

Just put out some bowls so you can get nice clean fresh snow when it falls. Mix the snow into some melted ice cream until it's the right consistency you want and bam!! Yummy snow cream! Kirsten's mom actually made her own cream to use, still yummy but it was a little too sweet. I recommend just letting your ice cream melt in the fridge over night, and the next morning you will have fresh snow and ice cream soup just mix the snow into the ice cream. Make sure you add the snow into the ice cream and not the other way around, because pouring the ice cream into the snow will ruin it. Let me know if you try it!!

Thanks for reading!!
