Hi dudeslies! I was bored and messing around with my doll's hair, and I found a cool and easy way to give your dolls temporary bangs. I thought I would share it in case it came in handy for photo shoots, or if you want to cut your doll's hair but just aren't sure if it would look great. Let's begin!
All you need is a hair brush, bobby pin, and a human size hair tie

First put the hair tie around your dolls neck before you start the style. If it's already there you won't risk mes later when it's time to put it on.

Get a decent section of hair from the middle of the front. Get more than you think you would need, because it gets thinner at the ends.

Fold the hair back, and put a temporary bobby pin over it to keep it in place before we put the headband.

Now pull the hair tie up and over the bangs so it's in the right place. Now you can take off the bobby pin, and put it in the back to keep the hair down.

Now just spread them out to your liking, and you're finished!
This works better on dolls with a little bit of wave to their hair, not too curly and not straight. I found it didn't work well on Julie or Kit because their hair was too straight, so the bangs didn't stay down on the forehead and instead bounced up straight out.
I hope you find this helpful for future photoshoots! I don't recommend leaving it in too long because the hair will get pressed in a weird way and be all wrinkled when you take it out, so it's just temporary.
Thanks for reading!
