Country for a doll Character.

I mentioned in the post before this one that I want to do a doll Character in the same Vain as Jess McConnel or Lea Clark but she actually lives there and was born in the states. I need help deciding the country. I've limited down to four, two south american, two central american.

I need y'all's help deciding.
