Personally, I'm not the biggest fan of classical crossover, but I've seen some decent mixes between early music and jazz, so I guess I would choose that. But yeah, these are really quite opposite genres that I wouldn't count as one category.

I normally specialise in baroque and renaissance repertoire, but jazz is a very enjoyable genre for me. So I'd say I would take on a challenge to try performing it.
