❝ 4. Why do you want to be a curator? ❞

༄I would like to be a curator because I would want to be able to serve the community and the people in it. I want to help it in a way that makes everyone feel good and safe here. As a curator I can try my best to help others and help make it a community that everyone feels accepted into. I have also been in the community for awhile now, and am quite familiar with how everything goes. Since I have been on this community for over a year I also am fairly aware of the people and am friendly with them.

❝ 5. How would you respond if someone kicks you out of their voice chat for no reason? ❞

༄If someone were to kick me out of a voice chat for what seems like no reason, I would politely ask for the reason I was kicked. I would first ask them over a text message in chat, if they seem to be not responding I would enter the voice chat and ask. In the case that I was permanently kicked I would privately message the host, or co host present, and find out the reason. If they refuse to give me a proper reason on why they had kicked me, I would report them for not following the amino’s guidelines regarding the voice chats and what the hosts and co hosts are supposed to do.

❝ 6. You go inside a public chatroom and ask everyone for their ages, a few people refuse to answer your question. What would you do? ❞

༄I would try my best to get their ages. I would be sure to leave them the option of privately stating their age to me, understanding that some are not comfortable sharing their age publicly. I would be sure to warn them that refusing to state their age is against the community guidelines. If they continue to refuse to state their age further action would be taken and reported to staff.

❝ 7. What do you think your day-to-day responsibilities would entail, as a Staff Member? ❞

༄I believe the responsibilities of staff are not just to enforce the rules, but to make sure everything is running as it should be. As a member of staff you should also be a friendly face to talk to and ask questions for all the new or existing . Staff also helps decide and discuss what is best through new events, ideas, and suggestions. It is also very important to be able to hear out and responsibly handle the situation. It is important to be able to keep an open mind to criticism and try understand, stand points different from our own. I would make sure to try to relay any criticism that seems to be of worth to rest of the staff so we could possibly work on making the community even better than it already is. Staff must be active, check in with staff and is very important to stay connected and stay informed for current events. Staff should be reliable ready to jump into a stressful situation whenever it may come. Staff are human and make mistakes but it is important to take fault for what mistakes have been made on staff’s side.

༄I believe that I‘m devoted and flexible. I could tend to be a little too lenient and dependent on somethings.

༄Sincerity is to be true and to be genuine. It is important to be sincere in everything you do, it will be the best way to express your feelings. Responding with sincerity shows how much you actually care about it and the true feelings. Being honest and genuine help create trust.
