The job of the vocal coach

is to help improve their singing

by being able to give them criticism and such things through workshops

or vocal sessions etc.

matching aesthetics, and fixing grammatical

The organizer's job is to help us

bring new ideas for the team when it comes to planning for new events, meaning this role requires being creative as the 1st priority for those who wants to apply. Organizers would also have to conduct weekly calls/activities for the team internally.
