To be honest I've wanted to be a curator on this community for a while. I'd like to be a curator because I'd like to monitor and watch over SCA better. I may not have experience as a curator, I do have experience as a leader in another community.

                         kicks you out of their voice chat

                         for no reason? ❞

Since soft soft answers turn away wrath, if someone were to kick me out of their voice chat for no reason, I would make sure not to overreact, since situations like this come with the job. I would also ensure not to get others involved in the situation. After being kicked out, I would message them privately to ask why I was kicked. After this, I would try to come to and agreement with the member. However, if this were to not work, and instead aggravate the member, I would just leave the member alone, but watch their chat closely. If the member continues to exhibit this behaviour with other , I would immediately report them to a higher up and see to it that something is done about the situation.

I would inform them why it is that I am asking them for their ages. I would then reassure them that I was not a predator or anything of the sort, but instead, a curator trying to make sure that people below 13 aren't in the community. If they comply, then problem solved. However, if they were to continue to refuse to tell me their age, even after me pleading with them, I would have to request an investigation of some sort on the member. I wouldn't want them to get kicked immediately.

                           responsibilities would entail,

                            as a Staff Member? ❞

As a Staff Member, I would think that my day to day tasks and activities would include monitoring not only voice chats, but also inactive chats and the chats that are not live. I believe that I would also have to monitor featured and regular posts. This would be in order to make sure that there are no inappropriate posts or posts that contain things unrelated to the community. I also might be called upon to make certain posts for SCA events, alerts updates in certain rules or guidelines and issues regarding certain topics.

The word sincerity is of latin origin. It comes from the word, sincerus means clean or pure. "Sincerity" is a noun that means being open and truthful. The adjective version of sincerity is "sincere". The word sincere is usually used to describe someone who genuinely feels or believes something. An example of the word sincerity in a sentence is: "His genuine sincerity gave him his marvellous ascendancy."
