Well im 17 years old and in october I turn 18 so yay me!!!

:rainbow: 4. Why do you want to be a curator?

The reason I want to be a curator is the fact that I for one love this amino and I've been in it for almost 2 years I believe and I've also been a leader and a curator in like 4 different aminos before they went dead so I know what all happens when your a curator. I also feel like this amino is another one of my homes do just trying to help out the leaders and fellow curators to keep this amino running and on track and keep the bots and trollers out is not only part of the job but it also keeps this amino and its safe.

:sunny: 5. How would you respond if someone kicks you out of their voice chat for no reason?

If someone were to kick me put for no reason I would respond in the nicest way possible and not approach it and start yelling I would ask the owner of the chat why they removed me and if the answer is they are in the middle of a contest but didn't day anything I would happily say ok no worries but if it was a response of idk I just felt like it. Them for me that's when I would start talking to the owner more and day that you can't remove someone from the voice chat because you felt like it thats really rude and inconsiderate. So really it all depends on their response to my question but how I react is the way you want.

:star2: 6. You go inside a public chatroom and ask everyone for their ages, a few people refuse to answer your question. What would would do?

Well I would ask a few more times and if they don't cooperate then I would get some leaders involved if I have to but mainly some curators to try and see if they will tell their age and if they refuse to after all those attempts I would speak to a leader in charge to have them removed from the amino until they decide to come back if they aren't banned and tell us their age and then let them stay.

:star: 7. What do you think your day-to-day responsibilities would entail, as a Staff Member?

As I have mentioned before is that I have been a curator and a leader before so I already know what there is to the Job, but I will explain it. I know the responsibilities would be to check posts and make sure it follows the guidelines and make sure to keep an eye out for who are breaking the rules in chats and if report trollers or bots to the leaders or curators and make sure to keep this amino safe

I think the 2 positives would be the fact that I'm very friendly and I work well with other people and the 2 negatives would be that sometimes I do get angry and I might say something I shouldn't though I'm working on that and the 2nd would be being rude to which I'm also gonna work on. Sometimes I dont even realize that I'm being rude so I will make sure to look out for that.

sincerity means the honestly of mind and freedom from hypocrisy. A sincere person is someone who is being real and strsight up someone not only using their words but their actions as well. Though it is very hard to be open and honest enough to reveal your true self. But with that more people can sense youe sincerity snd more people quill trust you if you be sincere with them as well as with yourself.
